[Pyro go off. The fans in the sold out Madison Square Garden erupt in cheers. The camera shows some of the fans and the signs that they are holding such as "SHUT THE HELL UP" with a Jericho picture next to it, "Kurt Angle Sucks, It's True, It's True", "Toothless" with a picture of Ruthless with no teeth among others. The camera is now focused on the announcers' table, where Mike Tenay and Mark Madden are at.]

Mike Tenay: Hello everyone. Welcome to the "World's Most Famous Arena" Madison Square Garden. We are sold out here in Manhattan, New York.

Mark Madden: I'm sorry, but I still can't get over that Chris Jericho interview from this afternoon. I haven't been able to get what he did out of my mind since I saw it.

Mike Tenay: That was very disturbing. I guess "Y2J" Chris Jericho really is the master of mindgames. Anyway, speaking of Chris Jericho, he and Blade will meet tonight.

Mark Madden: And they won't be meeting in just any ol' match, they will be fighting one of my favorites, a SUBMISSION MATCH!

Mike Tenay: And with The Walls of Jericho in his arsenal, Jericho has to be the heavy favorite to win this match.

Mark Madden: Another match I am looking forward to is the Main Event tonight.

Mike Tenay: Yeah, in that match, NWO United States Champion Maxx Payne will team up with a returning man, The Man They Call STING! Sting of course returned this past Thursday and he took out some of the members of the UWF.

Mark Madden: Those two are very good, I will give them that, but they just can't match up against their opponents. Those opponents are the next "SWF United States Champion" Gene Simmons and the current "UWF World Champion" Shane Douglas! Those two are just an unstoppable force!

Mike Tenay: But before we can get to any of that, we have to get to our opening match, which is Kurt Angle against Dex Holland. The winner of this match will face the winner of an undecided match on Thursday for the NWO Television Title.

Kurt Angle vs Dex Holland
#1 Contendership to TV Title

Lillian Garica: The following contest is set for one fall, and it is for the number one contendership to the NWO Television Championship.

["Totalimmortal" by The Offspring plays. There is a decent pop from the fans as Dex Hollan makes his way to the ring with Ann Archy.]

Lillian Garica: Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by Ann Archy, Dex Holland!!

[Kurt Angle's music begins to play. The fans boo as Angle slowly walks down to the ring.]

Lillian Garica: And his opponent, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle!!

[Both men are now in the ring. They lock up in the center of the ring. The stronger Kurt Anglepushes Dex down to one knee, but when that happens, Dex rolls back and flips Kurt Angle over with a monkey flip.]

Mike Tenay: Nice counter from the high flyer Dex Holland. He knows that he can't over power Kurt Angle, so he used some of his quickness there to get Kurt off of his feet with a monkey flip.

Mark Madden: That was just one lucky move that he got in. Pretty soon our Olympic Champion will take over this match.

[Both men get right back up to their feet. Once again they lock up and Angle powers Holland down to one knee. Dex goes for the monkey flip once again, but Angle sees this coming and he lifts Dex back up to his feet, and then hits him with a belly to belly suplex.]

Mark Madden: Dex went to the well one time too much. He went for the monkey flip again, but Angle ended up hitting him with a beautiful belly to belly suplex.

[Angle goes for the pin. The referee makes the counts 1.....2.. Holland kicks out. Angle gets back up to his feet and he brings Dex back up as well. Angle now sends Dex into the ropes. Angle goes for a clothesline as Holland comes back towards him, but Dex slides between Angle's legs and then school boy pins him. The referee counts 1....2... Angle kicks out.]

Mike Tenay: Dex Holland caught Kurt off guard once again, and this time it almost won him the match. But Angle kicked out just before the three count.

[Kurt Angle gets right back up, and he begins to stomp Dex Holland. After a few kicks from Angle, Dex pulls himself up by the ring ropes. Just as Dex stands up, Angle hits him with a clothesline which sends Holland over the top rope and to the ringside mats. Angle stands in the ring and waits from Dex Holland to get up. The referee begins to count out Holland 1....... 2.......... 3......... 4..........Dex finally pulls himself up by the side of the ring. 5.............. He gets up to the ring apron. Angle goes after Dex, but when Angle gets close to Dex, Dex hits him with a shoulder and then goes over the top rope and uses a sunset flip pin onto again. The referee counts 1....2.. Angle kicks out.]

Mike Tenay: It seems like Dex Holland has been one step ahead of Angle for most of this match. Kurt could be in danger of losing this match if he doesn't slow down Dex.

Mark Madden: Kurt Angle will find some way to prevail in this match, don't worry. He will beat Dex Holland somehow. That is  true, Mike.

[Dex quickly gets a front face lock onto Kurt Angle. Angle slowly powers up to his feet. When he is up, Angle grabs Holland's legs and lifts him up over for the backbody drop. Angle brings Dex back up. Angle now goes for the Olympic Slam, but Dex gets himself free and lands on his feet behind Kurt. Dex now gets Angle locked up with a waist lock. Angle goes to elbow Holland, but Dex ducks and Angle turns from the force of the swing and is now facing Dex Holland. Holland now nails a Northern Lights Suplex on Angle and he holds the bridge. The referee counts 1.....2.... Angle kicks out.]

Mark Madden: My heart just skipped a beat. I thought Angle just lost the match.

Mike Tenay: He almost did, but he barly kicked out of that nice suplex from Holland.

[Dex gets back up to his feet. He walks over to the nearest ring corner and he climbs to the top rope and he looks at Angle, waiting from him to get up. When Angle does get up, Dex jumps off and his connects with a missle toe dropkick on Angle. They both land hard on the mat, Dex on his back and Angle on his front. Dex rolls onto his side, reaches over to Angle and rolls him onto his back and covers him with a lateral press. The referee counts 1.....2.....3]

Mark Madden: NO! I can't believe this!

Lillain Garica: Here is your winner, Dex Holland!!

Mike Tenay: Dex Holland improve to two and O in the NWO and Kurt Angle falls to no wins and two losses.

Mark Madden: I don't get it. How did Dex pull this one off? Kurt Angle is the better wrestler. He won the gold medal, he should have won!

Mike Tenay: But the bottom line is that this SWF wrestler came up short tonight. Dex Holland now has himself a shot at the NWO TV Title.

Commerical Break

Mike Tenay: Welcome back to Monday Night Carnage! We just saw a great match between Kurt Angle and Dex Holland.

Mark Madden: The next match should be great, but in a different way. It's going to be a HARDCORE MATCH for the vacant NWO Hardcore Championship.

Mike Tenay: And we are going to get to that match right now in matter of fact.

Steve Austin vs Ruthless vs Nightblade
NWO Hardcore Championship

Lillan Garica: The following is a triple threat match and it is for the NWO Hardcore Championship!

[Steve Austin's music begins to play. The fans cheer as "The Rattlesnake" comes down to the ring.]

Lillan Garica: Introducing first, from Victoria, Texas, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin!!

[Nightblade's music begins to play. He walks down to the ring with a chair in hand.]

Lillan Garica: Introducing second, Nightblade!!

[NightBlade and Austin are in the ring. Nightblade goes right after Austin with the chair with an overhead swing. Austin aviods it and hits Nightblade with several right hands. That makes Nightblade drop the chair.]

Mike Tenay: If Ruthless wants back the Hardcore Title, then he better get out here soon. If either of the two in the ring now beat each other, than we will have a new champion without Ruthless being in this match.

[Austin picks up the chair that Nightblade dropped, and Austin nails him right over the head. Nightblade falls right down. Austin throws the chair down and he makes the cover. At the same time, Ruthless is running to the ring. The referee begins to count 1.....2.... Ruthless manages to get into the ring and get Austin off of Nightblade.]

Mike Tenay: What I just said almost came true, but Ruthless barly got into the ring in time to save his chance to become Hardcore Champion again.

[Ruthless is now stomping away on Austin. After he is done with that, he brings Austin back to his feet. Ruthless takes Austin by his back and tights and throws him between the ropes to the outside of the ring. Ruthless turns his attention over to Nightblade, who is still down from the chair shot. Ruthless picks up the chair that Austin left on the mat. He goes over to a ring corner and he sticks the chair between the middle and top turnbuckle pads.]

Mark Madden: Ruthless is setting Nightblade up for something he won't enjoy that much. I guess we'll see if Nightblade is as hardcore as he says he is after this.

[Ruthless brings Nightblade to his feet. He irish whips him towards the corner with the chair, but Nightblade reverses and Ruthless goes chest fist into that chair. Nightblade now follows up by dropkicking Ruthless in his back, which ends up smacking Ruthless' head off of the chair. Nightblade now covers Ruthless. The referee counts 1.....2... Austin comes back into the ring and makes the save.]

Mike Tenay: I think Nightblade would have won the Hardcore Title if it wasn't for Austin breaking up the count.

[Nightblade gets back up and he goes after Austin. But before Nightblade gets any attack in, Austin kicks Nightblade in his midsection and connects with The Stone Cold Stunner. Ruthless gets the chair out from the turnbuckle pads and he hits Austin from behind with it. Ruthless now falls ontop of Austin, which makes the ref start the count 1.....2.....3]

Lillian Garica: The winner of this match, and NEW NWO Hardcore Champion, Ruthless!!

Mike Tenay: So Ruthless did what he wanted to, he got back the NWO Hardcore Title taken from him by CEO Davis.

Mark Madden: And he will now show that he is the best NWO Hardcore Champion.

Mike Tenay: I wouldn't go that far. Other people can make that claim. Such people as five time Hardcore Champion Crash Holly, or even his cousin Bob "Hardcore" Holly who held the title twice. Then there is always Steve Austin, who has held that title a few times, even though he didn't win it again tonight. And there is.....

Mark Madden: Ok, I'll just say fine so you will shut up.

Commerical Break

Lilian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, this next match is set for one fall, and is a submission match! Entering the ring first, representing the Universal Wrestling Federation, he is the Lionheart, and master of the Walls of Jericho… he is CHRIS JERICHO!

[ The Jericho countdown appears on the NWO-tron screen, flashing from 10 down to 1. Explosions suddenly blast off from all sides of the arena, welcoming the Canada native. Jericho's music begins playing, but he is welcomed with an astounding array of boos. Jericho is flailing his arms as he makes his way down the ramp, yelling something about breaking Blade’s legs. Jericho gets in the ring, and awaits his opponent’s arrival. Stretching his legs by bending them back, the fans are reminded of the horrific trait that Jericho has acquired. ]

Jerry Lawler: JR, if I have to see Jericho do with that stinking foot of his one more time, I may just go insane. I’m all for having a good time, but Jericho, once again, has taken it way to far.

Lilian Garcia: And his opponent, he is the master of mind games. Representing Degeneration-X, he is BLADE!

Jim Ross: You talk about disturbed, you just cannot leave out Blade. What kind of a sane man does such a heinous act against an innocent cameraman?

[ The lights grow dim, as Chris Jericho stares forward towards the entrance. Suddenly, the fans see a figure drop quickly to the ring in the darkness, and take the Lionheart out with a single blow. The lights turn back on just in time to see Blade delivering an early beating to Chris Jericho. ]

Jerry Lawler: Did you see that JR? That was great! It just goes to show that Blade is truly tha master of mind games!

[ Blade tries to win the match early by locking in a Half-Boston Crab. Chris Jericho fights back, though, and pulls his leg from Blade’s hands. The momentum forces Blade to fall forward, and Chris Jericho gets up on his feet. Blade is quick to get up, only to be met with a flying lariat to knock him down again. Blade slowly gets to his feet, but Jericho runs up behind him with a bulldog. ]

Jim Ross: Blade might want to wake up in this match soon. If he doesn’t start taking things seriously, Jericho will make short work of the ‘Master of Mind Games’.

Jerry Lawler: Don’t worry, JR. I’m sure that this is all just a plan by Blade to psych Jericho out. You know, like luring him into a false sense of security.

[Indeed, Blade rolls under the ring ropes out of harm’s way. Jericho insists that Blade re-enter the ring immediately, but Blade begins to take his time. Blade slowly creeps up the ring apron, but is knocked back down by a dropkick from the top turnbuckle. Blade flies backwards into the railing, landing back-first. This seems to only anger Blade, who rushes into the ring in a fury of fists. With a fire in his eyes, Blade unleashes fist after fist after fist. Jericho absorbs the shots, but seems to be weakening from them. ]

Jerry Lawler: JR, look at Blade go to work on Jericho! I’ve never seen anyone’s fists moving at such a pace!

[ Jericho suddenly catches one of Blade’s fists, stopping the fury punching. Jericho locks Blade into a face-buster, sending Blade face-first into the mat. Jericho then grabs Blade by the tights, and sends Blade sailing over the top rope. ]

Jim Ross: Now what on Earth did Jericho do that for? He knows that the only way to win this match is by submission.

[It suddenly becomes clear as a man in a Royal Canadian Mountie uniform comes running down to the ring with a cattle-prod in hand. The cattle-prod is white from heat contained in it, as Mountie burns a mark in Blade’s side. As Blade burns, a Canadian Mapleleaf is imprinted by a hole in his clothes, as well as a scar on his skin. ]

Jim Ross: King, do you know who that is? It’s former WWF Intercontinental Champion, The Mountie! He just gave Blade a tattoo the hard way!

[ The Mountie hits Blade with a few stiff shots to the leg with the cattle prod. As Blade collapses under the weakness of his leg, The Mountie throws him back into the ring. Jericho then grabs Blade’s legs, and sets him up in the Walls of Jericho. Blade immediately taps out, but Jericho refuses to remove the hold. Jericho pulls back harder as more officials come from the back to maintain order. The Mountie enters the ring, clearing away anyone who tries to stop Jericho from his work. Blade continues his futile tapping, until Jericho finally lets go of the move. The Mountie and him raise their arms in success, and finally head to the back.

Lilian Garcia: The winner of the match, by means of submission, CHRIS JERICHO!

Jim Ross: I can't believe that. I could never have foreseen a return from the Mountie. Chris Jericho promised this to us, an he has definitely delivered.

[Everyone has now left the ring. A few minutes later, "Rollin' (Urban Assault Vehicle)" plays and NWO CEO Steve Davis makes his way to the ring. He already has a mic with him.]

Mike Tenay: What could CEO Davis want to talk about now?

Mark Madden: Don't look at me because I have no clue.

[CEO Davis enters the ring and his music stops playing.]

CEO Davis: I am really starting to get sick of this whole NWO/UWF thing. Everytime someone talks about it, I don't want to hear it. So I am out here right now to put an end to this. Eric Bishoff, I can't wait until the 26th to get back full control of this federation, so get your skinny ass out here and we can settle it right here in New York!

[CEO Davis tosses the mic down and looks at the entrance way. After a few moments, Eric Bishoff comes out from the back. He has a huge smile on his face.]

Mike Tenay: CEO Davis has just called out Eric Bishoff, and here comes Bishoff now. But what is up with the huge smile on his face?

[Shane Douglas comes from out of no where and gets into the ring behind CEO Davis. Davis doesn't even know he is there. Douglas now grabs Davis from behind, sets him up for and nails him with The Pittsburgh Plunge onto the CEO!!]

Mark Madden: Ha ha ha, the SWF outsmarts the NWO once again. Oh, that was great!

[Shane Douglas and Eric Bishoff meet each other in the middle of the entrance aisle. They walkto the backstage area together as they look at the fallen Steve Davis in the middle of the ring.]
Mike Tenay: That was just awful, what Eric Bishoff and Shane Douglas did to our CEO just a few moments ago.

Mark Madden: Then he shouldn't have ran his mouth about the SWF. I hope they taught him a lesson.

Mike Tenay: Shut up Mark! All I know is that Bishoff will get his when he faces CEO Davis, and it will be sweet payback from our CEO.

Mark Madden: You mean you think he will win back control? I don't think so. Mr. Bishoff will be him out at When Worlds Collide just like he did tonight.

Shane Douglas & Gene Simmons vs Maxx Payne & Sting

Lillian Garica: The following match is the MAIN EVENT. It is a tag team match set for one fall.

["Deep Purple" plays. Shane Douglas and Gene Simmons make their way to the ring.]

Lillian Garica: Introducing first, representing the SWF, Gene Simmons and the "SWF World Champion" Shane Douglas!!

["Bad Blood" begins to play. Maxx Payne comes out from the back and he stops about haflway to the ring.]

Lillian Garica: And their opponents, first, he is the NWO United States Champion, Maxx Payne!!

[The lights go out as "Seek and Destroy" plays. When the lights come back on, Sting is standing next to Maxx Payne. As Shane sees Sting, he slowly backs up, even though he is already a good 20 feet from Sting.]

Lillian Garica: And his tag team partner, Sting!!

[Shane Douglas now steps out of the ring and he stands at his ring corner. Sting goes to his corner, leaving Payne and Gene Simmons to start the match.]

Mike Tenay: This is a small preview of the match that these two will have for the U.S. title at the pay per view.

[Maxx and Gene circle each other for a second, and then tie up. Payne, tosses Simmons into the corner, and runs at him. Simmons is ready for him, and nails him with a boot to the stomach, and climbs to the second rope. He jumps off, and executes a nice clothesline, and goes for the quick cover. Maxx Payne kicks out before the referee can even get a one count. Payne gets up, and so does Gene, and they start firing blows at each other. They keep firing them untill Simmons gets Payne backed into his corner, and Shane Douglas nails him with a cheap shot. The referee gets up in Shane's face and starts talking to him. Sting quickly runs into the ring, and nails Gene Simmons with a huge closeline to the back of the head. He runs back to the corner, and gets back on the outside, as the referee turns around to see nothing. Payne picks up Gene, and nails him with a nasty DDT, and goes for the cover. The referee counts 1.....2... Kickout by Gene Simmons.]

Mike Tenay: What a matchup we got going so far. The two teams are really taking it to each other.

[Payne goes to his corner, and tags in Sting, as Gene Simmons and tags in Shane Douglas. They run toward each other and they both collide, but Shane stays up and down goes Sting to the mat. Shane picks him up, and whips him to the ropes, nailing him with a monster closeline and the taunting him as he is down. He picks up Sting, and signals for the end of the match. But Maxx Payne comes running into the ring and nails Shane Douglas to the mat with a closeline. Gene Simmons flys into the ringer, kicks Payne in the stomach, and bounces off the ropes and nails him with a swinging neckbreaker. Shane Douglas is up and he has got Sting. He hits the PITTSBURGH PLUNGE!!]

Mark Madden: There it is. Sting is out. All Shane has to do is make pin and he will beat The Stinger.

[From the back comes CEO Davis. He still looks beat up from what happened before.]

Mike Tenay: Look, it's CEO Davis! I guess he wants get some payback on Shane Douglas and the SWF before the pay per view.

[CEO Davis takes Maxx Payne's U.S. Title belt which was left in his ring corner. He enters the ring and hits Shane in the head with the belt. This causes the ref to call for a DQ.]

Lillian Garica: The winners as a result if a disqualification, Shane Douglas and Gene Simmons!!

Mike Tenay: The SWF/NWO feud heats up. What will Shane Douglas do after this attack from CEO Davis? We are out of time, and we will have to wait and see what happens next. See you this Thursday for OVERDRIVE!

Notes:
The rping was better. I think everyone but Austin(who's warned) rped. This card is probably the best as far as your rping goes in like a month or so.
